Yes, I know my pun is horrible, but these ideas aren't! Go to my guest post at the Fave Crafts blog for all the details! What are you doing for Father's Day?
Linds or Lyds, It's really not that hard. I blogged about it earlier (there is a link in the guest post). You just use a squeeze bottle and "draw" the outline first with batter. Then you fill it in and it makes a design. My kids LOVE it when we do this! My oldest even likes to try making her pictures on the griddle too.
hooray for you! I was at a loss for this father's day and you've saved me! xoxo Kira...ps I tried very hard to channel you when doing my son's birthday last week...I kept thinking "how would Kendra do it?"...
Wow, Kira! Thanks! That's a tremendous compliment coming from you! Your parties are always fantastic! I loved the dragon in the pool...I mean, lava! :-)
cute cute! Had to stop by and let you know I used your photo idea (from last year). Thanks for the inspiration! http://alaynascreations.blogspot.com/2009/06/fathers-day-gift.html
Such cute ideas! I make a ribbon tie on all my Father's Day gifts!
ReplyDeleteThose pancakes are so cute! Not sure that I'd have that much ability to handle the batter, but they are darling!
ReplyDeleteWhitney, I hope you'll show us how you do it!
