Boy Birthdays Revisited--Part 2

(cont. from yesterday)

No. 3--Trenton's Truck Party
This is where we started inviting friends, and things got serious.  Well,...seriously fun!

Here are a few images from the day.  You can read the full report here:

No. 4 - The Rocking Rocket Birthday
Overall, this may have been one of the best parties I've done.  The rocket launching activity was the highlight of the party, but everything else was fun, too.

To read all about the rocket party, start here, and follow the links from there.

(He really was happy, except that his nose cone got squished on landing)

No. 5 - Party like a Pirate Party (Arrgh!)
You can read the tales of pillage and plunder--er, I mean the party report--here.  For the secrets of the party revealed, go here.

Some may say that I've started a dangerous tradition that will be difficult to keep up, and I may say that they are right (especially on the days leading right up to the party), but we've made some really fun memories, and my kids can tell you every birthday party theme they've had and how old they were when they had it.

Hope you have a fantastic Labor Day weekend!  Among other things, I will be working on a certain young man's 6th birthday party (to follow in a couple of weeks).

  3. OK, can I say how much I love those lunchboxes? I was just getting into blogging and 'missed' the original post.
